Description: Gentle isometric toning exercises, deep breathing and stretching postures, Scriptural reflection and meditation will be combined in eight 90-minute sessions on Thursdays beginning June 25 – August 13 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. The free classes will be held in the First Church fellowship hall located at 3604 Chatham Rd. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a padded exercise mat and visit www.firstlutheranec.org for a list of suggested Scriptural readings for reflection during each class. All ages and ability levels are invited to participate and drop-ins are welcome, Sponsored by the Health Ministry Committee of First Lutheran Church of Ellicott City.
