Event Details Manage Stress - Reclaim Your Life: A Seminar For Cancer Patients and Caregivers Date: 10/11/2008 Time: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm Location: Howard County General Hospital Wellness Center, 11055 Little Patuxent Parkway, L-9, Columbia, Maryla (View Map) Description: Discover how Heart-Centered Touch, simple meditation and biofeedback can combine to help encourage healing, promote relaxation, and restore emotional and physical balance. These skills will be taught in the seminar and everyone will receive a booklet of instructions and a stress control biofeedback tool to take home and use. This free seminar is for cancer patients, caregivers and everyone wanting to learn how to dissolve stress and promote health. Seminar valued at $75 is being paid for by special grant through Cancer Support Foundation, Inc. Because seating is limited you must preregister at least two days before scheduled event by calling 410-964-9563. Cancer patients and caregivers are urged to attend together.
